About La Blottière - cottage (gite) with pool to rent in France

La Blottière is an old French farm just outside St Crèpin d'Auberoche, near Périgueux, which has been converted into two separate houses, one of which is available for rental for self-catering holidays. Set in over seven acres of garden and woodland in the beautiful central Dordogne, near to the historic towns of Périgueux and Montignac, it affords the holidaymaker an ideal base from which to explore one of the loveliest regions of France.

Simply but comfortably furnished, the cottage at La Blottière is very adaptable and while perhaps ideal for couples it can sleep up to six people, and so is also suitable for families and small group of friends. From May to October guests have exclusive use of the swimming pool at the side of the cottage in the south facing garden.

This region of France has much to offer the holidaymaker whatever the season. La Blottière has heating and so is avaiable or holidays all year round.  Increased availability of flights from Bergerac, Bordeaux, Angouleme and Limoges airports, means we are happy to be able to arrange mid-week/weekend breaks (excluding the high season months of July and August).  Please contact us for further details.
