Small Print
Couple's Discount	We offer a discount of 15% for any booking of a couple only
Booking Deposit	A deposit (non-refundable) of 25% of the total price is required at time of booking.
Balance of Payment	The balance of the total price is due one month prior to the start of the holiday.
Directions	Nearer the start of your holiday we will send you detailed directions to enable you to find us.
Linen	All required beds will be made up with sheets and blankets, pillows and pillowcases. Tea towels are also provided. We request that visitors bring their own towels.
Arrival & Departure Times	Arrival between 4 pm & 7 pm or by arrangement The property shall be vacated by 10 am
Security Deposit	A security deposit is required and will be payable to the property owner, in cash, upon arrival. This will be either £100 or 150€. The deposit will be refunded upon departure less any deductions for cleaning, breakages, or damage to the property, etc.
